Around-the-clock storm response
Big Country storms don’t keep business hours. Spring and early-summer thunderstorms bring straight-line winds and hail, and winter can bring ice that loads branches until they snap. When a tree or big limb comes down, call or text (325) 518-8031 any time, day or night.
What to do right after a storm
Before anyone touches a damaged tree:
- Stay away from downed power lines and anything touching them. Assume they’re live and call your electric provider.
- Keep people and pets out from under hanging or cracked limbs.
- Take photos of the damage before anything is moved, for your insurance company.
- Don’t climb or cut a damaged tree yourself. Broken wood can be under tension and release without warning.
- Call or text us at (325) 518-8031 so we can see what’s urgent and what can wait.
What we clean up
We handle trees and limbs on roofs, fences, vehicles and driveways; broken limbs still hanging in the canopy; split and uprooted trees; and the debris that keeps you from getting in and out.
Once the emergency is over, we can prune damaged trees that can be saved, remove the ones that can’t, and grind the stumps so you can get the yard back to normal.
Insurance and storm damage
Homeowners policies often cover tree removal when a tree falls on a covered structure like a house or fence, but the rules vary a lot, so check with your insurer. Photos of the damage and a written estimate make that conversation easier.
